Common Questions
Yes, and it's most of what we do. We start by mapping how you actually move, which shows us your limitations and compensations rather than guessing at them. From there we customize your workouts, meeting you where you are, and progress you as you get stronger. We coach members through knee and shoulder problems, back pain, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and clients using walkers, canes and prosthetics. Many come to us straight out of physical therapy, and local providers refer people to us for exactly that.
Absolutely. Our clients realize that exercise, when done with poor form, can cause injuries that cost them time and money. Our Precision Healthspan Protocol enables us to customize your sessions to meet you where you are, while providing form coaching to ensure your workouts are safe and effective. Our goal is to get you MOVING BETTER, so we can get you STRONGER and PREVENT future INJURIES. It is what we do.
No. Everyone starts somewhere, and most people discover they can do more than they thought.
For the studio tour you will remove your shoes and do a simple overhead squat, so everyday clothing is fine. For sessions, we suggest comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
Small Group and Semi Private sessions are always one hour. Senior Fitness sessions are thirty minutes long. Get in, get your workout done and get back to life.
Yes, free parking on site.
While we don't offer discounted family memberships, we love seeing families train together. We have many clients with multiple people from one family. Many of our members join alongside spouses, parents, or kids to build healthy habits as a household and stay fit for everyday life and that next great adventure.
Sessions range between $26 and $35 each. The more often you train, the lower your cost per session. We're not the cheapest option in the Tri-Cities and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
Here are some things to consider:
1) What is your time worth? The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) says the average person training on their own spends 5-8 hours per week, wasting up to 60% of that time bumbling around the gym. NASM also says that the average senior citizen spends up to 8 hours per week managing health conditions that could be reduced by strength training. The real question is what are five hours per week worth to you?
2) What is your health worth? Have you been left behind on family activities? That is not fun and hurts. What about all those activities you planned to do during retirement? Will you be able to do them? How about the cost of a hip fracture? Hip fractures run around $40,000. All of these makes our membership look like a bargain and a lot less painful.
3) What about that cheap family membership at the big-box gym? On paper, a low monthly rate for the whole family looks like a no-brainer. But a gym membership is only a deal if people actually walk through the doors. Most of the time, family passes end up as an auto-drafted "fitness tax" — one person goes sporadically, the others stop after three weeks, and nobody gets real coaching, structure, or results. A bargain rate on a membership nobody uses is still wasted money. Instead of paying for empty access, invest in a place where you or family actually gets coached, stays accountable, and sees measurable progress.
A few things. Bootcamps are typically designed around intensity — push hard, sweat a lot, repeat. We start with a 3D movement scan before you lift anything, because training hard with a movement problem you don't know about is how people get hurt and stop coming.
Every program here is customized from what we find in your assessment, not a preset class format. The load, the exercises, the modifications — all of it reflects how your body actually moves. You'll work hard, but the goal is to still be training five years from now, not to survive this week's session.
GLP-1s are great tools when done properly. However, many Americans are doing GLP-1s in a manner that will cause them to lose up to 40% of the weight as lean mass: rapid weight loss, not prioritizing protein, and not strength training. Furthermore, research presented at the 2026 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting revealed that GLP-1 users face up to 30% higher risk of osteoporosis and a 155% higher risk of osteomalacia (soft bones) over 5 years.
When people stop the medication, rebound weight gain almost always returns as pure fat, leaving their body composition worse than when they started.
It doesn't have to be that way. With our Precision Healthspan Protocol, our clients protect their metabolic rate and bone density — losing less than 2% of their total weight loss as lean mass while building strength for long-term health.
